About Northpoint

Northpoint is a great place for Duckleberry Fin and our renters. The community includes many amenities for a perfect vacation for folks of all ages.  Guests will have access to the pool, tennis courts, and basketball court. Guests will also have access to a beautiful beach for fun on the Atlantic Ocean, as well as the Currituck Sound via the Northpoint pier. In 2023 a beach nourishment project was completed protecting the dunes and significantly extending the beach area. The Northpoint pool is heated in April, May, September and October.
